IT Supervisor

  1. Bachelor or Master degree in the fields of computer science or engineering.
  2. Proven working experience as a project management in the information technology sector.
  3. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Solid organizational and problem solving skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office and project management tool.
  7. Experience in Water Fall and Agile practices is a preferred.
  8. Experience in Design Thinking practices is a preferred.
  9. Project Management, Agile or Scrum Master certification is an advantage.

Job Description:

  1. Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
  2. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  3. Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
  4. Estimate and create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
  5. Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
  6. Act as a coach and facilitate team members in Agile practices.
  7. Ensure the correct use of scrum process.
  8. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.




IT Helpdesk

  1. Associate degree or above in computer or information science related major
  2. Minimum 5 years related helpdesk support experience, preferably in a related industry
  3. Familiar with Microsoft client operating system products, Microsoft Office365 products, PC hardware
  4. Good command of both spoken and written English
  5. Good interpersonal, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
  6. Mature, self-motivated, initiative, flexible and be able to work independently under pressure

Job Description:

  2. Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
  3. Log bugs and enhancement requests
  4. Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
  5. Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web site
  6. Provide introductory on-line & classroom training for company products
  7. Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
